What is a Sublimated Patch?
The sublimated patch uses thermal transfer printing (sublimation) that fixes the ink into the fabric at a molecular level, achieving vivid colors, fine details and excellent resistance to washing and wear. The design is first printed on a base fabric (usually polyester) and can be finished with embroidered edging, stitching or flush cutting.
