Any files, logos, designs, photographs, or other materials submitted to request a quote or place an order will be used exclusively to analyze, quote, prepare, customize, produce, deliver, or follow up on the requested project.

When Embrotex wishes to use such materials for promotional purposes, it will request additional authorization in writing or via an electronic medium that allows for the retention of evidence of the authorization, unless the material has already been publicly disclosed by its owner and there is a valid legal basis for the intended use.

Embrotex may request proof of such authorizations and may reject projects when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the rights of third parties have been infringed or that there has been a legal violation.

This section does not imply that Embrotex acquires ownership of the files or materials submitted by the customer.
